Wellness Weekend Workshop in New Brunswick

The weekend of June 22 to 24 features a Wellness Weekend Workshop at the Rutgers University Conference Center, located on more than twenty scenic wooded acres in New Brunswick. The workshop, which begins that Friday evening, provides opportunities for personal growth and renewal, heightened physical and emotional awareness, and skill development for living a  mindful life. Workshop topics include Mindful Living, Healthy and Conscious Eating, Super Stress Reduction Techniques, Learning to Communicate Effectively, Attaining Inner Peace and Harmony, and Tapping the Power of the Mind with Hypnosis. There will also be ample time for rest, relaxation, reflection, and restoration with optional daily meditation, yoga, massage, singing bowls and much more. The fee for the weekend is $250 including accommodations and healthy gourmet meals. Wellness Weekend Workshops are sponsored by the Hypnosis Counseling Center of New Jersey and the Folke Institute for Transformative Learning.
