Sunshine Yoga Offers Healing Meditation Classes
Sunshine Yoga believes in the power of “you”. Owner Joann Matthias strives to empower people to realize their full potential through the practice of yoga and meditation. Through a regular yoga practice, a person can rejuvenate their being, simplify their life, increase muscle strength and flexibility, reduce stress and create peace and joy.
On November 10, at 7 p.m., the studio welcomes Kati Walker for a Vibrational Healing Meditation with Tibetan singing bowls. The cost for the workshop is $25. Please preregister, as space is limited.
On November 18, at 10 a.m., enjoy a free one-hour yoga/mediation practice. Improve quality of life in such areas as fitness, stress relief, wellness, vitality, mental clarity, healing and peace of mind. Please preregister.
