The last few months of the year are dedicated to celebrating our accomplishments and hard work while giving thanks to those who have helped us. In this giving spirit, Wellness Gala is holding a Holiday Fundraiser to support self-wellness and community wellness and outreach. A portion of the proceeds will go to a blossoming charity called Archangel Raphael’s Mission (ARM). On November 30, from 7 to 10 p.m., join Wellness Gala at the Knoll Country Club West to celebrate the holiday season and help ARM reach its goals.

         ARM was founded by a group of Rutgers students, John El-Maraghy, Kelsey Lynch and David Awad, who wanted to “provide health and hygiene services to those who need it.” They help by creating hygiene care packs, setting up clothing drives and more. ARM currently runs community supported dinners, free haircuts and staffs the winter emergency shelter in New Brunswick. Eventually, they want to build a Mobile Hygiene Unit, equipped with showers, washer and dryers and a restroom that can provide proper hygiene and health for the local homeless community.

         The event includes an open bar, stations and passed hors d’oeuvres, live jazz, Angel Card readings and more. This fundraiser is sponsored by the law office of Adriana E. Baudry, LLC.
