Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training Begins October 2020

Now is an especially exciting time for Therapeutic Yoga, as the International Association of Yoga Therapists has begun credentialing Yoga Therapists and accrediting Yoga Therapy Programs. For 20 years, Niyama Yoga & Wellness has prepared future yoga instructors for a meaningful and prosperous journey into the world of wellness. This October, Niyama Yoga along with Yama Therapeutics is pleased to offer its comprehensive 200-Hour Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Training Program. Learn from teacher trainers who are experts in their fields, with over 50 years of combined knowledge in yoga therapy, anatomy, yoga philosophy and Ayurveda. The program is taught over one weekend per month and is accessible to the working individual.

Students are mentored throughout the program and graduates also receive assistance in job placement and preparation for this very special profession. Niyama Yoga & Wellness Studio has created a community of Therapeutic Yoga Instructors who consider Niyama their home base for resources and knowledge throughout their career.
