1 large white or red onion, sliced into ¼-inch thick rings
2 cups whole wheat breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
½ tsp sea salt (optional)
1¼ cups whole grain flour
1½ cups nondairy milk
½ cup raw cashews
2-3 garlic cloves
1½ Tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp onion powder
¼ tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
½ tsp sea salt
12 oz fresh mushrooms (any variety), sliced or chopped
2-3 Tbsp dry white wine for sautéing
24 oz frozen green beans, French cut or whole
